Vocational & Skill Training
NESEED is a registered society focusing on vocational training and youth employability programs. In partnership with organizations from local NGOs, State and National level NGOs, NESEED have conducted various trades skill development training and placement in Construction, Agriculture, Textile, Hospitality, etc.
Employability Training
NESEED hosted a “100-Hours Free Employability Training” in October 2018 funded by Tata Consultancy Services(TCS) and other partners, aimed specifically at SC/ST and economically disadvantaged youth earning less than ₹2 lakh/year
Entrepreneurship & Placement Support
Training initiatives are designed not only for jobs in local industries but also to help participants initiate their own micro-enterprises — enhancing self-employment opportunities
Youth Engagement & Community Development
NESEED collaborates with government bodies (e.g., National Skill Development Corporation, Manipur Society for Skill Development) to support youth in marginalised communities through practical skill up gradation and socio-economic empowerment.
Placement
